How far are you from town centre?

The Warburton Holiday Park is only 1.5km from the town centre, which is either a short drive or a leisurely 20 minute stroll.

Do you have a pool?

No we do not. However there is a Water Play Park located opposite of our Office/Reception.

How long does it take to get to you from Melbourne?

Warburton Holiday Park is approximately 75 – 90 mins from Melbourne’s CBD.

Are you close to the river?

Yes, the Warburton Holiday Park is located directly beside the Yarra River, with some Cabins and Campsites having river frontage!

Is Warburton Holiday Park family friendly?

Yes. The natural environment surrounding the park is suitable for all ages. There’s lots of open space, all levels of walks to explore and of course all manor of fun to be had in the river. We are also located beside Warburton Water World which has great playground and water play facilities.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, the Warburton Holiday park is thrilled to have dogs come to stay, as long as guests adhere to the rules of our ‘Dog Friendly Accommodation.’

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or under covered areas.

Are we allowed to have a fire?

Only on Campsites while using the fire drums provided. Unfortunately we cannot permit fires for cabin bookings.

Is firewood available?
  • Packaged firewood (redgum) is available for purchase from the Office during business hours.
  • Pre-cut firewood may be brought in, but only with prior management approval.
  • All unused wood must be removed from the site prior to your departure or a site clean-up fee will be charged.
Are there barbecue facilities?

Yes, undercover barbecue facilities are provided. They are located at our Camp Kitchen.

What shops are in Warburton?

We have an IGA supermarket alongside other essentials such as a Chemist, Bakery and all manor of delicious Restaurants/Cafes to suit your every taste. There many other stores in town that sell clothing, jewellery, books, gift-ware and much more!

Accommodation

Do you supply bedding and linen?

Bedding is supplied for the main queen or double bed. Additional bedding can be provided for any extra beds within your cabin at a one-off cost of $20 per double or $15 per single bed. You may bring your own linen for additional beds if you prefer.

Do the cabins have a TV and DVD Player?

Yes – all cabins have combined TV/DVD’s.

Can I park my car at the cabin?

Absolutely – all cabins have a parking space allocated.

Are the cabins air-conditioned?

Yes all the cabins have a reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating system to keep you cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter.

Can I smoke in the cabins?

No.

Arrival and Departure

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 12pm for Campsites/Caravans and 2pm for Cabins.

What time is check-out?

Cabins, Villas and the Lodge must be vacated by 10am. Caravan spots must be vacated by 11.30am noon.

Do you have late check-outs?

You can enquire at Reception if a late check-out is possible, however you must do so before the day of departure.

What if I arrive after the office closed?

If you call us before the office closes at 6:00pm, we can organise an ‘After Hours Arrival’ for you.

When do I pay?

A minimum one night deposit is required at time of booking. We do not hold bookings without deposits. For all Long Weekends and Peak times, final payment is due 30 days prior to your stay. At all other times, the balance is due at time of arrival. If arriving after 6:00pm the balance must be paid before 6:00pm.
